Crisis Numbers

Liberated Mind Counseling & Health Center is an outpatient mental health practice.

What this means: Outpatient mental health treatment is not one specific type of treatment. Instead, it is a general term for treatment that takes place in an office, hospital, or clinical setting, but involves no overnight stay. Unlike residential or inpatient treatment, patients who receive treatment in an outpatient setting return home each night.

This level of care also means your therapist will likely not provide after hours (out of session) contact/services. For this reason, if you are having thoughts of self-harm or feel you are otherwise in crisis please use these community services and then message your therapist asap via email. Your therapist will be a vital source of care/treatment to follow up with during your next scheduled session.
