The Liberated Mind Approach
You’re the expert on your life. I’m simply walking along side of you. If there’s one thing I’ve learned from my own journey, it’s that our ability to handle things mentally affects how far we will go.
I work 1 on 1 with clients here in Utah to:
- Find that elusive balance between honoring your values while accomplishing your goals and having time for relationships and friends.
- Learn to separate your success and failures from your sense of self-worth.
- Learn healthy ways to make decisions for your life that are not impacted by childhood trauma, people pleasing, perfectionism, or by overwhelming thoughts and emotions.
Message from Julare:
Feelings of anxiety, depression, and grief come from many things in our lives; from experiencing the loss of a loved one to work changes. Changes like these cause emotional distress but there is so little time to stop and work through it all. Life demands that we keep moving forward. So, on the outside we often look like we “have it together” but on the inside, you feel like you are falling apart. You feel like no one truly understands the hurt you are experiencing. It’s as if everyone wants you to be the person you used to be, move on, suck it up and pretend like you’re fine. Except, you are tired of pretending, tired of waiting.
You do not have to go through this alone! Together we can navigate the challenges that have brought you to this page. Clients who work with me appreciate my open and candid approach, I use evidence-based practice, honesty, warmth, and humor to achieve the results you are looking for to overcome anxiety, depression, and/or grief.
If you are wondering what life would be like if you no longer felt you had to hide your pain; what it would feel like to heal, to find that it’s okay that you aren’t the same person as you were “before” then now is the time! I look forward to working with you.
