Yes. Services are offered strictly in accordance with Colorado's Natural Medicine Health Act (Prop 122 / SB 23-290). Our facilitators are licensed by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), and medicine administration occurs solely at regulated Healing Centers.

How do I choose between Psilocybin and DMT?

The choice depends heavily on your medical history, your intentions, and your readiness for different types of psychedelic states. Psilocybin offers a gradual, extended period of emotional processing. DMT is much shorter in duration but can be more sudden and intensely immersive. We will work with you during the intake process to determine which medicine aligns best with your clinical needs.

Will I lose control or have a "bad trip"?

It is common to feel anxious about losing control. Our extensive preparation sessions are designed to give you the tools to navigate challenging emotions. During the session, your facilitator is there to ensure your physical and emotional safety at all times. We view "challenging" moments not as bad trips, but as important material rising to the surface to be healed.

Does insurance cover psychedelic therapy?

While the cost of the medicine itself and the extended administration session are generally out-of-pocket, the preparatory and integration psychotherapy sessions can often be billed to your insurance, just like standard therapy.

Do you provide the psilocybin?

No. Liberated Mind Counseling and Health Center does not manufacture, sell, or distribute psilocybin. We provide the clinical facilitation and therapeutic support surrounding the experience. Administration takes place at state-regulated Healing Centers.
