This month I want to share one of the best talks I’ve ever seen on how to overcome depression <– this is also applicable to challenges related to loneliness, worry, lack of motivation, meaninglessness, feeling “meh” or other psychological states that may have you feeling stuck at times. The presentation says enough, so I will keep my comments brief in the hopes that you will take some time to watch it.
