So often when we go to therapy we carry two big questions 1) how long will it take and 2) how do I do the work? Today we are sharing a fantastic 4-part series of the Huberman Lab. Andrew Huberman interviews Stanford and Harvard-trained psychiatrist Dr. Paul Conti, M.D. and addresses these questions and so many more. There’s quite a bit to listen to, but it is well worth your time!
There’s plenty of content in the many hours of dialogue, but before I turn the mic over to Drs. Huberman and Conti, let me encourage you to take the time to watch and/or listen (you can find the podcast version by clicking on this sentence); if you want some invaluable guidance as you work to make lasting changes in your life, there is so very much wisdom in what Dr. Conti has to share. Please give the series a listen and then bring your thoughts to our work together. -Dr. M
