For this month’s newsletter message, I want to step back again and give the spotlight to some words of wisdom from someone else.

So much of the work we do together here at Liberated Mind comes down to Acceptance. Finding the balance between making space for what is showing up, not trying to control everything, while also not admitting defeat. I wrote about this recently: Acceptance
